Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep Pro access until that date, then your account reverts to the Free tier. No action is required to stay on Free.

Refunds

Subscription charges are non-refundable by default. We do not issue partial-period refunds for unused time, on either the monthly or annual plan.

Exceptions are made for billing mistakes and duplicate charges. If you were charged in error or billed twice, contact us at support@helmwart.com within 30 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue. We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was an error on our part.
